Stefan Doepner: lost_found
Recently, Ljubljana city centre has often been provided with various “aesthetic” upgrades, which, however, much too often resulted in either kitsch or spectacle. The lost_found light and sound installation addresses precision in perceptions of the environment, at the same time encouraging a research/study of the city beyond what is instantly visible. The installation intervenes in the architectural and natural landscape of the city in a manner to provide it with light and sound considerately, in order to awaken our attention and imagination. The installation will be staged at various locations in the “Indigo” Quarter, with the light as well as sound parts originating in the existing “materials” – architecture and sounds of the chosen location.

Borut Savski: Umbrella sunshade windscreen (Parapluie parasol paravent)
Three parasite light objects depriving the central street light of neutrality and adding their own dynamics of change. They could be shades (moire patterns), reflections of light – movement of light. Three different motorised executions of modern mobiles – dynamic sculptures. They are all based on the author's two past interests: dynamically bending mirrors (Reflector) from 2007, and Moire pattern generator (2013).
